Vehicle concepts for military use must fulfill special characteristics. First of all, a robust design which fulfills the reliability under all operational and climatic conditions. ROHR offers such vehicle concepts for the transport of mineral oil and the refueling of land and air vehicles, in which all our know-how and our experiences from worldwide long-term operations are used. Of course we meet all requried standards (STANAG, etc.) and, in addition to transport on own axis, we also offer the conditions for transport by rail, ship or plane. Optionally these vehicles can be supplied with armored cab´s, with self-sealing tank coatings which prevent a leakage of liquid after a hit from a bullet or shrapnel, up to a camouflage device which give the tanker the visual appearance of a normal transport truck. The protection of the operating personal and the minimization of the risk are therefore ensured.
