This year, we were once again represented with our booth at the "Angle Dir deinen Arbeitsplatz" training fair in Straubing and also exhibited a modern Bundeswehr tanker vehicle in the outdoor area, which aroused considerable interest among the numerous visitors.

"We really appreciate the fact that training fairs allow us to reach students in their local area. It's also helpful that they can then exchange ideas not only with their potential trainers, but also with apprentices who are already training with us," explains recruiter Christiane Steiner.

Managing Director Horst Fößl also praised the commitment of the ROHR employees on site: "We are of course very pleased that we have found dedicated employees who represent our company so well."

In addition, we participated in the "Deine Zukunft" training fair in Kirchroth for the first time in March. Our goal was to present ourselves at another regional training fair. This event was aimed primarily at younger students and rounded off our participation in training fairs this year.
