On 27th February 2019 our trainees participated in the nationwide project "P.A.R.T.Y (Prevent Alcohol and Risk-related Trauma in Youth)" at the medical centre in Straubing.

Under the motto "Don’t risk your fun!", Doctors, hospital staff and police officers explained the accident risks and consequences.

The young people learned to assess the effects of their own actions such as alcohol and distraction by mobile phone while driving.
These seconds can change a life!

In the medical centre they passed through the different stages of a seriously injured person: From the ambulance to the trauma room and the intensive care unit to the infirmary.
