Successfully passed exams + new trainees!

Our two trainees Benjamin Huf and Tim Venus successfully completed their training at the end of July 2020.Benjamin Huf and Tim Venus started at ROHR Spezialfahrzeuge GmbH on September 1st, 2017. Despite the difficulties in the corona pandemic, both of them received their journeyman's certificate as a technical product designer or body and vehicle construction mechanic with a shortened training period at the end of August. Bravo!

“I had known the ROHR company for a long time and I was always enthusiastic about the vehicle construction industry from an early age. After graduating from secondary school, I then decided to train as a technical product designer. What I found most exciting over the years was working with various drawing programs and my first own complete design of a vehicle. It's great when you can look at a finished product in the yard at the end of a project, ”says Benjamin Huf about his training.

AlsoTim Venus can look back on extremely positive experiences during his apprenticeship: “After a 1-week internship, I was totally enthusiastic about the ROHR company and my decision was made to start my apprenticeship here. Every three months I got to know a different department, which keeps the interest particularly high. I definitely remember the informative visit to our parent company Kässbohrer in Austria. "

“We are very pleased that we can take over the two of them in these turbulent COVID-19 times. They both did a great job! ”Assure the two training managers Klaus Heigl and Marco Kraus.

“In future, Tim Venus will be used in frame construction for refrigerated vehicles. An important interface before our cooling bodies are put on in the further production steps. Benjamin Huf also supports our application engineering in the field of refrigerated vehicles ”, says Mr. Martin Kässbohrer, Managing Director of ROHR Spezialfahrzeuge GmbH.

“We are always happy to have young, committed trainees in the ROHR team. They are an excellent addition to our large base of long-term employees." says Mr. Wolfgang Kolb happily, the second managing director of ROHR Spezialfahrzeuge GmbH.

Furthermore we warmly welcome our new trainees Franziska Lehner (industrial clerk), Jan Grum (IT system integration specialist), Patrick Mayer (body and vehicle construction mechanic) and Christian Dieter Aust (body and vehicle construction mechanic) since September 1st, 2020.
