ROHR Spezialfahrzeuge GmbH has achieved a major project success: Over 50 road tankers have now been successfully built and delivered for use by the German Armed Forces (Bundeswehr), and are about to be deployed nationwide.

To ensure the long-term operational readiness of these vehicles, ROHR developed its own service concept, which was recently presented to the participating cooperation partners in Straubing.

During the event, ROHR not only presented and trained on the latest vehicle technology and the upcoming deadline-based work that must be carried out at regular intervals, but also carried out practical maintenance work directly on the vehicle together with its partners.

"Starting in June, we will be launching the new service concept together with selected partners throughout Germany. Our goal is to offer our customers simple, structured, and reliable after-sales support – from qualified specialist companies close to the site," explains Christian Riedl, Head of After Sales.

Another milestone here is the specially developed cloud solution, which enables the efficient exchange of maintenance and service documents – regardless of location and available at any time.

"The presentation of the training concept went extremely well. We are already receiving very positive feedback from our customers. Clear standards and modern communication channels ensure that we sustainably maintain and increase customer satisfaction," reports Horst Fößl, Managing Director of ROHR Spezialfahrzeuge GmbH.
