The TDLZ (tunnel through-loading trailer) combines the advantages of a semi-trailer with those of a through-loading trailer. For loading and unloading at the ramp, its two units are pushed together. The driver can drive the two vehicles together without getting out of the cabin. This saves time and is convenient for the driver.
The truck-trailer transition is closed with a rubber sealing system so that temperature loss in the vehicle and in the cold store is greatly reduced during the loading process. This saves energy and reduces CO2 emissions (green logistics). Further advantages are weather and theft protection during loading and unloading as well as the reduction of noise during unloading in residential areas.
